Personal Training

The Cell’s personal trainers are committed to our family members (clients)! The success of your personal goals is critical to our success. WE WANT to know where you want to go, what levels you want to achieve and we will assist you in surpassing those goals. During your personal training, our trainers will work with you to establish those fitness goals, design a custom program, and motivate you and push you past your comfort level. We provide guidance and education as well as accountability during your personal training program. It does not matter if it is one-on-one personal training (for 30 or 60 minutes) or our group exercise classes; we have options that will work for you!
