Triple Threat Tuesday (T3) is a strength and conditioning class that includes a combination of cardio, strength, and core. The class is made up of 3 separate circuits. The format of each circuit varies between circuits and week to week. The ever-changing format will keep your body guessing!!! This class is perfect for all fitness levels and can be adjusted to fit the needs of beginners as well as more challenging for those who want to push themselves to the limits!!!!
