After being in the corporate world straight from college and fighting the good fight for over a decade, Natalie started her career in health and fitness. She has been a fitness enthusiast and athlete for YEARS and discovered the blessing of getting to do what she loves each and every day!
Health and fitness is absolutely her passion…aside from her family, she knows there is nothing that gives more joy than helping others realize the drive within them to totally change their lives. She pushes people to dig deep and make things happen that they never thought possible, all by just trying.
She is a certified Personal Trainer, Group X Instructor, Bootcamp Instructor, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Insanity Trainer and Team Beachbody Coach. Her teaching has included formats such as Body Sculpt, Intermediate and Advanced Pilates, Power Interval Training, Tabata, R.I.P.P.E.D. and Bootcamp. She currently spends the majority of her time doing personal training and running her own MyThinkFit Bootcamp. She has been certified through the Cooper Institute, CPT, AFAA Group Exercise, Power Pilates and TurboKick. She enjoys researching and learning the latest and most up to date information on nutrition and how our bodies work so that she can help her clients and class participants to get the best results for THEM personally…and it shows.
Natalie brings something new to every class and session she teaches so that there is no monotony and it’s always a killer workout. 🙂
