A US Army veteran, Perry is a NASM certified personal trainer with 5 years experience. Born and raised in Baltimore, MD, he is an avid Baltimore Ravens fan and loves UFC/MMA. He has trained in Kung Fu, Tai Chi Chuan, Judo, Muay Thai and Kickboxing. He is currently working on his MMA Conditioning Specialist certification. He enjoys functional fitness, combat fitness, HIIT and strength training.

MMA Conditioning teaches basic MMA skills with a cardio kick. The class utilizes the best of the arts of Boxing, Wrestling, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing and many other sport-based martial art systems and simulates MMA championship fights with its core consisting of 5 – 5 minute rounds. MMA Conditioning utilizes hanging bags, grounded bags, cardio calisthenics, punches, kicks, knees and elbow strikes, sprawls, break falls and other core strengthening and cardio exercises that make a professional MMA fighter an elite athlete.
