Biography:

Dancing started as a childhood activity and has now become an integral part of my life.  Over the past five years, I’ve lost 30+ pounds and kept if off with Zumba®.  The Latin-inspired dance moves and world beats are motivating!  It doesn’t matter what your skill level is – just start moving!  Zumba® creates a community of people who love to have fun together!
 
Adding a Zumba® class to your fitness routine offers so many benefits – improved muscle tone and strength, increased endurance and aerobic fitness, improved motor skills, weight management and stronger bones.  A dance workout also helps memory, coordination and focus leading to stronger synapses and beefed-up gray matter!  And, adding Zumba® to a strength and conditioning routine makes it more balanced and interesting and burns calories like crazy!
 
I’m a licensed ZIN™ and have 15 years’ experience dancing including ballet pointe, jazz, tap and 4 years on Plano drill teams.  I’m so excited to be helping clients at THE CELL achieve their fitness goals!  Come find your passion, joy and lifelong health through Zumba® with me at THE CELL!
